To avoid frequent failure of the freezer, the correct use and maintenance method is extremely critical, so when the chiller displays a fault alarm, how do we solve it?

1. Three-phase power failure, commonly divided into three-phase power supply phase sequence is incorrect, three-phase power supply phase loss, controller detection problems. Incorrect phase sequence of three-phase power supply is one of the common faults of chiller installation, we can swap any two live wires, restart the chiller to see if the fault is lifted.

2. Compressor high-pressure failure, high-frequency faults in high temperature weather in summer, most of which are poor heat dissipation of the condenser, compressor is protected by high-pressure switch contactor turned on, display high-voltage overload fault code or fault indication.

 Solution: Check whether the condenser heat dissipation is normal, that is, whether the cooling fan or cooling water tower is operating normally, the water-cooled chiller can check whether the cooling water flow reaches the rated water flow and whether the water pump is operating normally. Check whether there is serious dust accumulation in the chassis due to no cleaning and maintenance for too long, resulting in poor heat dissipation.

   * Note that if the newly installed water-cooled chiller has a high-pressure failure, you can check whether the cooling tower fan is reversed. The installation of the air-cooled chiller should choose a suitable location to ensure that the installation environment is well ventilated. High-voltage protection relay moisture, poor contact or damage will also cause high-voltage failure, check whether the high-voltage pressure switch is damaged (detect the working status of the pressure switch, replace the corresponding high-pressure pressure gauge.

3. Compressor low pressure failure:

(1) The refrigerant leakage of the refrigeration system, observing the pressure gauge, only a few tenths of a few is basically fluorine leakage.

(2) Check whether the filter drier is blocked, and replace the corresponding filter drier.

(3) If the freezing circulation system is abnormal, check whether the flow rate of the refrigeration liquid is sufficient, whether it is frozen and no heat exchange is carried out.

Low-voltage protection relay moisture, poor contact or damage will also cause low-voltage failure, check whether the low-pressure switch is damaged (detect the working state of the pressure switch, replace the corresponding low-pressure pressure gauge.

If the chiller fails, in the case of uncertain problems, please contact the company specialist to find out the root cause of the problem and solve the fault. Do not dismantle without permission, so as to cause unnecessary losses.
