Chiller, its own heat dissipation is cooled by cooling water tower or its own fan. Or there is a high-pressure alarm, generally caused by the ambient temperature of the chiller is too high, or the dust accumulation in the chassis is serious, ensure that the operating environment of the chiller is below 40 degrees, and regularly remove the dustproof net for cleaning.

I will introduce the common causes and treatment measures of high voltage faults:

1. The cooling water temperature is high and the condensation effect is poor. The rated working condition of the cooling water required by the chiller is 30~35 °C (water temperature below 40 °C), the water temperature is high, and the heat dissipation is poor, which will inevitably lead to high condensation pressure, which often occurs in the high temperature season.

2. The cooling water flow is insufficient to reach the rated water flow. The main manifestation is that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water of the unit becomes smaller (compared with the pressure difference at the beginning of the system put into operation), and the temperature difference becomes larger. The reason for insufficient water flow is that the system is short of water or the presence of air, and the solution is to install an exhaust valve high in the pipeline for exhaust;

3. The condenser is fouled or blocked. Condensate water is generally used tap water, it is easy to scale when above 30 °C, and because the cooling tower is open, directly exposed to the air, dust and foreign matter are easy to enter the cooling water system, causing the condenser to be dirty.

4. Excessive refrigerant charge. This situation generally occurs after maintenance, the refrigeration unit will be filled with the appropriate amount of refrigerant before leaving the factory, so there is no refrigerant leakage, the user does not need to charge the refrigerant, too much refrigerant, will only affect the chiller can not be used normally.

5. The chiller is mixed with air in the refrigerant. This situation generally occurs after repair, and the vacuum is not complete. It can only be drained, re-vacuumed, and recharged with refrigerant.

6. False alarms caused by electrical faults. Due to the moisture, poor contact or damage of the high-voltage protection relay, the unit electronic board is damp or damaged, and the communication failure causes false alarms. Check whether the high-pressure pressure switch is damaged (detect the working status of the pressure switch and replace the corresponding high-pressure pressure gauge.
