High pressure alarm in the chiller, generally refers to the high pressure of the refrigerant problem, the common reason is that the dust in the chassis is serious or the ambient temperature of the chiller is too high, you need to improve the ventilation environment of the chiller, ensure that the surrounding environment of the chiller is below 40 °C, and regularly maintain the chiller.

One: air-cooled chiller

1. It may be due to long-term use, the surface of the finned condenser is covered with dust and oil, at this time only need to clean the dust and oil on the surface of the condenser, the common method is air gun water gun flushing. If the ambient temperature is too high, the suction temperature exceeds 40 °C, causing poor heat dissipation, and it is necessary to improve the ventilation conditions and reduce the ambient temperature.

2. It is necessary to see whether the installation ambient temperature exceeds 40'C, and if it exceeds it, the heat exhaust unit must be in time in the environment of air circulation. Generally, the air-cooled chiller is installed to ensure sufficient air suction, and the hot air exhaust of the fan above requires a distance of 1.5M.

3. Check whether the high-pressure pressure switch is damaged (detect the working state of the pressure switch and replace the corresponding high-pressure pressure gauge.

Two: water-cooled chiller :

The cooling system is not operating normally (check if the water tower is working properly)

1. The cooling system has not been cleaned up for a long time (easy to cause scale and other debris to accumulate in the pipe wall or condenser copper tube, which is bound to affect the refrigeration circulation system, so it is necessary to regularly do maintenance and cleaning work for the freezer according to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance time (cleaning the cooling water system, cleaning the condenser, replacing the filter, etc.)

2. Check whether the refrigerant is excessive, the refrigeration unit will be filled with the appropriate amount of refrigerant before leaving the factory, so in the absence of refrigerant leakage, the user does not need to charge the refrigerant, too much refrigerant, will only affect the unit can not be used normally

Warm tips: It is recommended that the water of the chiller water tank or the water of the insulation water tank be replaced once every three months, tap water is in contact with air abrasives and other things for a long time, the water will deteriorate and there will be slight corrosion ability, to avoid the corrosion of the chiller evaporator. Regular replacement of circulating water will also improve the cooling effect.
