To install the chiller, first choose a flat ground with a cement hard foundation to ensure the levelness and hardness of the ground. Prevent vibration during freezer operation caused by damage to freezer components and weld joint fracture leakage, etc., and can withstand the weight of the refrigeration unit during operation.

Precautions for freezer installation are divided into air-cooled refrigeration units （air cooled chiller）and water-cooled refrigeration units（water cooled chiller）

Precautions for air-cooled freezer installation:

(1) The surrounding ventilation is good, the location of the freezer fan is more than 1.5 meters from the roof, and it is best to have a space 2-3 meters high.

(2) The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 °C.

(3) The freezer is more than 1 meter away from the wall, so that the air outlet of the side plate of the freezer is well ventilated.

Precautions for installation of water-cooled freezer: choose a place with a stable foundation, empty surroundings, smooth and avoid corrosion, pollution, sun and rain, and convenient for installation and maintenance.

(1) According to the purchased water-cooled freezer, choose a suitable cooling water tower and cooling water pump to avoid affecting the cooling effect of the chiller. Water tower pumps are generally installed outdoors, and the freezer can choose indoor or outdoor according to customer environmental preferences.

(2) When assembling, the pipeline piping is installed according to the size of the throat of the fuselage, and the small cooling water pipe will affect the cooling water flow and easily cause high-pressure overload alarm.

The diameter of the water pipe connection port reserved by the unit is the standard size, and when taking remote transportation, it must be connected with the same planning or large caliber water pipe. Under no circumstances should the diameter of the water pipe be smaller than the standard pipe diameter, otherwise the pump and compressor will be damaged.

After the chilled water piping system passes the leak test, the insulation layer measures are adopted to avoid the loss of cold energy.
