Step 2: Make sure that all the power supply is in a normal state. The operation of industrial chillers requires electric energy, and the operation of turning on the equipment can only be carried out under the premise of ensuring that the power supply meets the operating conditions.

Step 3: Check whether the chilled water pipeline and the cooling water circulation pipeline are connected, check whether the water in the chiller water tank is full, and the water pump can only be started after the water tank is full, and the water temperature is lower than 35 °C.

Step 4: Carefully detect whether the temperature of the lubricating oil of the chiller is equal to obtain more than 30 degrees, if the temperature does not reach 30 degrees, at this time it is necessary to turn on the electric heater, and at the same time start the oil pump to quickly increase the temperature of the lubricating oil.
