Compressor of refrigeration unit is the core equipment of refrigeration cycle. 

Its working principle is to compress low-pressure steam into high-pressure steam, so that the volume of steam is reduced and the pressure is increased.

In the refrigeration cycle, the compressor first sucks in the low-pressure working medium steam from the evaporator. This process is carried out under the control of the suction valve. Suction valve is a device that can control the gas flow. When the suction valve is opened, the low-pressure working medium steam is sucked into the compressor.

Next, the compressor compresses the inhaled low-pressure working medium steam into high-pressure steam. This process is done by the piston and cylinder of the compressor. The piston moves back and forth in the cylinder, compressing steam and pushing it toward the compressor's exhaust port. In the process of compression, the temperature and pressure of the steam increase.

The compressed, high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser. A condenser is a device that can condense high-temperature and high-pressure steam into a liquid. In a condenser, high-pressure steam meets cold cooling water or air, which releases heat and condenses into a liquid. This liquid will be throttled through the throttle valve into a low pressure liquid.

The low pressure liquid after throttling is again fed into the evaporator. An evaporator is a device that vaporizes a liquid into steam. In an evaporator, a low-pressure liquid absorbs heat from the object being cooled, thereby evaporating into low-pressure steam. This low-pressure steam is then sucked in again by the compressor, completing a complete cooling cycle.

Compressor of refrigeration unit is one of the key equipment of refrigeration cycle. It recycles the refrigerant by constantly inhaling and expelling steam, thereby transferring heat from the cooled object to the condenser and releasing it into the environment. This cyclic process cools the object and keeps it at a low temperature, thus achieving a cooling effect.
