Installation precautions of air cooler 

First, installed indoors:

1) It is necessary to ensure that the indoor ambient temperature is lower than 36 ° C and can be circulated for ventilation;

2) The distance between the left and right sides of the chiller and the obstacles is greater than 1000mm (to ensure air absorption), and the distance between the top fan and the ceiling is not less than 1000mm (to ensure the diffusion of heat). It is recommended that the chiller be installed in the window and the factory area with good ventilation effect, and exhaust pipes or ventilation devices can be added if necessary.

Second, installed outdoors:

1) First confirm the installation distance, it is necessary to choose the right pump to meet the needs of the cooling cycle, increase the remote control line and alarm output line, you can control and monitor the use of the chiller in real time.

2) The chiller adopts waterproof electric box structure, and the exposed power cord needs to be lined with wire tubes. When the outdoor ambient temperature is too low, some antifreeze needs to be added to the water tank to ensure that it does not freeze.

3) When the water temperature is lower than 15 ° C, put a layer of thermal insulation foam on the pipe.

4) Note that the water tank inside the chiller is open, and the amount of water stored in the water pipe that is higher than the water level of the water tank should be considered when the water is stopped. If it exceeds a certain value, it will cause water overflow. If necessary, add a check valve at the water outlet and a solenoid valve at the return water outlet.
