Industrial chiller for beer

In the current beer production process,

√ brewing high-quality beer requires a strict distillation process and strict temperature control,

√ if there is no industrial chiller this type of temperature control equipment, it will directly affect the taste quality of the produced beer.

√  If the beer cannot be properly cooled, it will cause oxidative damage and unpleasant aroma due to the formation of dimethyl sulfide (DMS),

√The raw grain in brewing needs to be quickly cooled to the set temperature after boiling to ensure the taste of the beer and shorten the process time.

● In order to make the semi-finished beer mature, send it to the storage tank to cool to about 0 °C.

● In order for the finished beer to reach a clear state in the filling, it needs to be filtered at about -1 °C.
