Method (1). Direct cooling: The plating solution enters the evaporator of the chiller directly through the filter or filter screen for cooling and then returns to the oxidation tank. Advantages and disadvantages of this cooling method: the advantages are short cooling time and good effect; The disadvantage is that the evaporator water pump needs to do anti-corrosion treatment, we call it titanium cannon acid and alkali resistant chiller, and then the evaporator is easy to scale, and it needs to be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will affect the refrigeration effect and machine operation.

Method (2). Indirect cooling: the customer's electroplating electrophoresis tank is laid with titanium tubes, and the chilled water takes away the heat of the plating solution through the titanium tube to achieve the purpose of cooling; If the titanium tube is laid, a heat exchanger (usually a titanium plate heat exchanger) can be added while walking chilled water and plating bath. The advantages of this cooling method are easy installation, low freezer cost, electroplating liquid does not enter the chiller, so conventional standard models of chillers can be used, and the cost is lower than that of   cannon chillers.
